Rogue Food Unites

Rogue Food Unites offers support with meals and provisions and now provides Disaster Case Management services. If you were affected by the 2020 fires and need to contact a Disaster Case Manager, contact the DCM Hotline at (458) 488-7980

At the Jackson County Community Long-Term Recovery Group (JCC LTRG), we are dedicated to ensuring that fire survivors can easily access the support they need. While the LTRG does not offer direct survivor services, we are pleased to provide this fillable form to help facilitate referrals to housing or other supportive programs.
