At the Jackson County Community Long-Term Recovery Group (JCC LTRG), we are dedicated to ensuring that fire survivors can easily access the support they need. While the LTRG does not offer direct survivor services, we are pleased to provide this fillable form to help facilitate referrals to housing or other supportive programs.
